Cool Blog Christmas Card

So my sister is going green and did not want to waste paper sending out a Christmas Cards. I told her I was really disapointed because I love getting Christmas Cards in the mail. Well she made a really cool electronic Christmas card instead and I wanted to share it with the people that follow my blog to give you an idea of how it turned out. www.gilliamclan.blogspot.com

Need some Tee Pee?

Cain loves to climb up on the tiolet and knock down the toilet paper onto the floor. Well usually he forgets about it after it hits the floor but Friday morning he discovered the fun world of Tee Peeing.

I Like to Eat

So Cain loves to eat table food, he now does not want baby food at all. It is so much fun to watch him and see what he thinks of everything. We just found out yesterday that he has a double ear infection, he wouldn't drink anything but he had no problem eating tacos, ham and beans, spaghetti, and his favorite mandarine oranges.

He was really miserable on Wednesday night when we gave him Ham and Beans, we were so stressed out because we didn't know why he was upset that we forgot to put his bib on, before we knew it he had all over him. He looks like he is burping.

You can tell we are corny first time parents because we took like 10 pictures of this cheerio behind his ear. We thought it was so funny.

Recipe

So I love sharing recipes, and when I find a good and easy one that everyone likes, I usually e-mail it out to my co-workers. So today when I made this cake for our food day and everyone asked for the recipe I decided to post it so everyone could enjoy it.

Pumpkin Dump Cake

1- 29 oz can pure pumpkin
1- 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped peacan's (1/2 cup works)
3/4 cup melted margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first six ingredients until well blended, and pour batter into a 9x13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, and then cover peacans. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 50 minutes.
